RETURN POLICY
Here at A to Z Wear, we go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and are of the highest quality. We are however after all human and make mistakes and we feel it is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.
Possible Reasons for Return:
Due to the nature of custom embroidery and screen printing, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

The product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),

You find the decoration quality (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level and this must be agreed upon mutually by both of us after proper communication has occurred between us.

The design on the products you received is markedly different than the final in person or online representation you approved for your design prior to us doing your project.
Garment Sizing:
Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. Please check the size chart for the product you are ordering to accurately determine the size you need. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.
NOT ABLE TO RETURN:

Items with Embroidery and Screen Printing are NOT returnable. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and color before submitting your order.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return:
Return claims must be filed with us by email or by phone within 5 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned to receive credit or replacements. Please call (513) 923-4662 or email us at donna@atozwear.com to process your return.
